Customer Project Specialist
We are looking for a Customer Project Specialist to support project managers in coordinating and delivering customer projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support PMs/PgMs in project coordination and delivery.
- Track project scope, timelines, costs, financials, profitability, and key metrics.
- Prepare project reports, presentations, and management updates.
- Support project documentation and contract/change management activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide support during weekends for maintenance, network migration, or escalations when required.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in Project Coordination / PMO.
- Knowledge of project scope, time, and cost management.
- Strong hands-on skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in project reporting, financial tracking, and KPI/metric management.
- IT/Telco industry experience preferred.
- Exposure to Jira/Rally and Cisco hardware/software is an advantage.
- CAPM/CSM certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- College/University degree or equivalent.
