Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate custom and complex customer projects and track project progress.
- Review customer requirements and maintain project documentation.
- Coordinate activities across Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Project Management teams.
- Monitor timelines, risks, issues, and deliverables; escalate when required.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support project planning, quality assurance, implementation, and delivery.
- Provide project status updates and identify process improvements.
- Work with tools such as Financial Force (FF), DOMS, DellStar, OFS, EBI, PET Tool, and FMT.
Requirements
- 3+ years in project coordination, project management, program management, or sales operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Project Management, Business, or related field preferred.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Technical understanding of PC operating systems/deployment environments is an advantage.
- Strong customer-facing skills and fluent English.
- Willingness to work permanent night shift / US hours.
