Main Role
As a Project Manager, you’ll make sure every creative idea runs smoothly from planning to final delivery. You’ll connect the dots between clients, creatives, and timelines so every project lands perfectly.
Responsibility
- Handle end-to-end project flow (brief, timeline, budget, and delivery).
- Coordinate between internal teams (creative, production, social media) and clients.
- Anticipate problems before they happen and find smart solutions.
- Ensure every output meets the creative and quality standards. Maintain the master operational tracker, including deadlines, owners, dependencies, decisions, and follow-ups.
- Manage quotations, invoices, administrative documents, financial reports, and filing.
- Liaise with vendors, venues, partners, and technology/platform providers.
- Manage contract and document workflows, including version control, signatures, renewals, and archiving.
- Prepare meeting action lists and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain shared Drive structure, naming conventions, and source-of-truth documents.
- Support launch/event readiness and logistics handoffs.
- Handle operational or commercial escalations from Participant Experience.
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in creative agency / production projects / event.
- Organized, communicative, and proactive in this role.
- Able to manage multiple tasks without losing detail.
- Understands how creative and digital campaigns work.
- Cool under pressure, good with people, and great at follow-through.
