The role will focus on project coordination, subcontractor follow-ups, documentation, and administrative support so the client can focus on estimating and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Project mobilization after contract award
- Sending award notices to subcontractors
- Collecting Certificates of Insurance (COI)
- Preparing project schedules and tracking deadlines
- Handling RFIs, submittals, and documentation
- Coordinating with subcontractors and the superintendent
- Managing billing documentation and tracking invoices
- Data entry and maintaining project logs
- Assisting with bid invitations and bid leveling
- Reviewing plans and identifying trades involved
- Following up with subcontractors for job walks and bids
- Maintaining organized project files (Google Drive / Procore / Bluebeam etc.)
Required Skills
- Experience in the U.S. construction industry preferred
- Understanding of project management workflow
- Familiar with RFIs, submittals, schedules, and mobilization
- Ability to read construction drawings (preferred)
- Good English communication
- Familiar with tools like:
- Bluebeam
- Procore
- Excel / Google Sheets
- Email / Slack / Zoom
