Responsibility:
- Develop project plans, including goal setting, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring projects are completed on time with high quality.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of eSports tournaments or events, including venue coordination, competition rule-setting, and live broadcast arrangements.
- Work closely with internal and external teams (e.g., development, marketing, sponsors, media) to ensure seamless project operations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with game developers, eSports organizations, and other partners.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring rational resource allocation and cost control.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in the eSports industry, providing recommendations for project innovation and optimization.
- Develop project proposals based on client needs, including project background, objectives, scope, plans, and budgets, ensuring proposals are comprehensive, logically structured, and actionable.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant project management experience, with a proven track record in event operations, project management, and team leadership.
- In-depth understanding of large-scale projects and the ability to plan and execute major events.
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills, capable of maintaining good working relationships with global teams, partners, and sponsors.
- Strong finance background will be advanced.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
