Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager (Junior/Associate Level) to support the successful delivery of projects across teams. This role is ideal for individuals who are early in their project management careers and are eager to gain hands-on experience managing timelines, teams, and deliverables in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects from initiation to completion
Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely delivery
Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients
Support cross-functional collaboration between departments
Help identify and manage project risks and issues
Maintain project documentation, schedules, and status reports
Participate in project meetings and contribute to team decision-making
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in project coordination or project support roles
Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project)
Certification (CAPM, Agile, or similar) is a plus but not required
