Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations
Tracking orders, Projects.
Make sure field crew is prepared for the week & day before.
Keep management on track & efficiency
Manage scheduling, appointments, and correspondence for the company & Management
Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documents are up-to-date.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Utilize phone etiquette to communicate effectively with clients and vendors.
Can go to jobsites & check on progress & issues.
Meetings.
Social media (optional )s
Hours of operation 7am-4pm M-F ( Sometimes 6am if guys leave early
Bonuses
2 percent Profit sharing on projects. ( if successful)
Raise after 6 months & then yearly after first 6 months.
3 sick days & more after a year
3 PTO after 6 months
2 Week vacation time after a year
