The opportunity
Hitachi Energy is adding a Site/Project Support Administrator to our site in London, working across 3 different sites. You will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of a construction site by managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating communication between site staff, and contractors to ensure our sites are managed to the highest health and safety, security, government policy as well as the site efficiency and compliance are met throughout the project lifecycle.

How You'll Make An Impact
- Liaise with site teams, contractors, quality, and commissioning.
- Recording project progress, performance metric, budgets and expenditures
- Monitor progress, escalate issues, and support timely close-out.
- Maintain accurate trackers, reports, and documentation related to training, onboarding and health
- Record hazard observations / sight observational tours & environmental records.
- Maintain the site waste management plan data.
- Record site hours and attendance.
- Maintain Quality Assurance documentation.
- Record delivery notes and upload material NCR’s.
- Collate drawing issue file and transmittal register.
Your Background
- Eligibility for United Kingdom DBS clearance required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment
- Valid driving license, have access to vehicle & ability to travel regularly
