We are looking for a permanent, full-time Property Administrator to join our team at our London, ON headquarters. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, energetic, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the smooth and efficient daily operations of our office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
Process rental applications and lease administration
Manage resident insurance policy collection
Manage Terra Corp’s general email inbox
Provide backup to main reception and other Property Administrator
Provide front line customer service while responding to calls, emails and walk-in inquiries in a professional prompt manner
Data entry and maintenance of rental spreadsheets and resident databases, including use of property management software
Preparation of various correspondence including but not limited to illegal notice letters, rent receipts, charge backs, resident references, etc.
Liaise with off-site Resident Managers and provide support
Assist with monthly duties as required
General filing and office administrative duties
Other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experience in the Property Management field is preferred
Knowledge of industry related legislation, including the Residential Tenancy Act is preferred
Ability to manage tasks independently with little to no supervision
Advanced computer skills – MS Word, Excel, Outlook
Professional, calm demeanor with excellent customer service skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented, ability to take initiative and manage time effectively
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Works well in a fast-paced environment
Enthusiastic and team oriented
