Our client is a highly reputable, regional business providing a range of services to the property market. They are a long-standing company with an enviable reputation. They operate a supportive culture and due to a high volume of work are seeking some additional help.
We are seeking a full time Property Maintenance Administrator on a permanent basis in Taunton. This role is Monday – Friday with a 1 in 3 Saturday morning.
You will be joining a small team and assist with delivering great customer service to landlords, tenants and third parties. The salary is up to £25,000 and please note, due to the nature of this role you will be office based.
The Role
* Meeting and greeting customers and contractors as they come in the office
* Logging maintenance and repairs on the electronic systems
* Ringing and assessing quotes
* Handling multiple projects at once
* Progressing work through to completion
* Approving invoices
* Handling tenant enquiries and remaining
calm under pressure
