Main Purpose of the Position:

The Group Property Administrator will be responsible for assisting the Group Property Manager with day-to-day property administration.

Experience and competencies required:

  • Matric
  • Property/Business Management related tertiary qualification
  • Excel – Intermediate/advance level
  • Minimum 3-years work experience in administrative experience (with preference to the property sector)

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Site acquisition admin and related activities
  • Receive, document, direct or resolve Landlord related queries where possible.
  • To ensure that all leasing related documentation is processed and captured in line with company requirements.
  • To conduct effective control of physical and electronic property management information and documentation.
  • Mange all admin around new lease agreements, renewals and any other related workstreams within approved parameters
  • Work across company functions to ensure resolution of any brand related queries or issues.
  • Upload all leases, addendums, renewals and supporting documentation onto leasing software
  • Update all stakeholders of new store, closures, revamps, relocations and renewals
  • Maintain up to date lease schedules
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of FICA for leasing deals
  • Follow up with landlords and agents on priority location gaps
  • Make travel bookings and accommodation bookings as well as related diary and scheduling arrangements as and when required
