Job Summary
Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity? Telstra is hiring a Property and Office Administration Specialist for our US headquarters, situated at the iconic Rockefeller Center. The selected candidate will work as a member of the International Property and Services Teams, providing business and commercial support within the assigned portfolio. They will work closely with peers in different regions as a collaborative team member, ensuring the experience our people and customers have within our property portfolio is simple.
The primary purpose of this role is to provide face-to-face support of our people, customers, and partners, focusing on delivering a positive workplace experience across assigned locations.
This role is required to be in the NY office Monday through Thursday at minimum.
Job Description
Key Accountabilities
Site Operations and Report Management
Point of contact for facilities requests and support.
Employee engagement and event support.
Office supplies, mailroom, and vendor management.
Office communication and liaison with building management.
Monthly reporting and data compilation.
Maintain facility process procedures and document control.
Continuous process improvement.
Procurement and Vendor Management
Manage contractors and inspect vendors’ works.
Assist in procurement and vendor onboarding.
Manage soft and hard services, and Asset Life Cycle Management.
Lease Management
Maintain schedule of lease events and critical dates.
New Joiner and Leaver
Staff onboarding and offboarding activities.
Manage office security and card access system.
Finance and Budget Management
Manage purchase orders, goods received, and invoice submissions.
Ensure spending aligns with the allocated budget.
Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)
Regular HSE office inspections and implement HSE policies.
Experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience in office management, reception management, visitor management, financial management, vendor management, purchasing, security, health and safety administration, and end-to-end service delivery.
Established network of industry contacts preferred
Desirable: Property or Hotel Management experience.
Salary range :
90,000 – 105,000 USD + Eligible to receive 6% at-risk component
