Position: Property / Lettings Administrator

Location: Chelmsley Wood

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Administrator to work for an

exciting

, vibrant growing company within the property and lettings industry

Ideally someone from a property /estate agency background would be ideal but someone with a strong administrative background is what is needed to succeed in this role !

* Arrange/reschedule/send viewing schedules

* Creating and sending invoices, dealing with initial queries

* Collating/chasing proposals and licence agreements.

* Managing the marketing inbox.

* Updating Salesforce (CRM) with any new buildings, images, billing contact and address information.

* Assisting with the administration tasks

* Completing Excel checklist

* Sending out contracts

* Responding to new enquiries,

* Sending relevant on boarding forms

* Managing pricing and availability data.

* Update provider promotional fees board/document.

Monday – Friday 8.30am

-5pm

WFH on a Friday

Salary is £25,000 but with a great opportunity to earn commission
