Full-time (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) Salary: 25,000 – 27,000

What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Handling maintenance issues – from the first call to final fix. ✔ Working with landlords, tenants & contractors – making sure everything runs smoothly. ✔ Staying organised – keeping maintenance records up to date. ✔ Ensuring quality & compliance – overseeing safety checks & contractor insurance. ✔ Managing invoices & payments – keeping finances in order. ✔ Tracking keys & inventory – making sure everything’s accounted for.
✔ Providing top-notch support – via phone, email & online portals. ✔ Getting
hands-on
– supporting property viewings when needed. ✔ Helping the team succeed – contributing ideas & improving processes.
What You Need to Succeed:
Admin experience (property experience is a bonus but not essential!).
Strong communication skills
– you’ll be speaking to lots of people! Super organised –
attention to detail
is key. A proactive,
problem-solving
mindset – no challenge is too big! A team-player attitude – we love working together & sharing ideas.
