We are looking to hire a full-time, Property Management Assistant who will be located in Chapel worth House, Worthing. You’ll enjoy a standard workweek of 40 hours. Monday to Friday 9:00am till 6:00pm. The salary ranges from £25,000 – £29,000 to include OTE.

Let’s talk about the role. It involves:

Invoicing

Data Entry / Project & Audit Based Tasks

Key Cutting

Assisting with Key collection arrangements (get keys ready for collection ahead of contractor visits)

Sending out Correspondence to Tenants & Landlords

Arranging Property Visits

Office Ordering

Logging maintenance and repairs on the electronic systems

Ringing and assessing quotes

Liaising with tenants, contractors, and suppliers to coordinate repairs and maintenance

Progressing work through to completion / closing down on the system

Carrying out any ad-hoc Administrative tasks assigned
