Job Description
- Support Travel Claims operational processes and digital platforms
- Assist in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard preparation
- Participate in system enhancement projects and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Support process improvement and automation initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Claims, Customer Experience, and Technology teams
- Contribute to operational excellence and customer-centric digital solutions
Qualification / Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or related fields
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for technology, digital transformation, and process improvement
- Exposure to Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, or data visualization tools is an added advantage
- Internship experience in operations, analytics, technology, insurance, or banking is a plus
