About the Program
Sun Pharma Malaysia invites aspiring professionals to join our Protégé Program, a structured 1-year on-the-job training opportunity designed to build future talent in Regulatory Affairs within one of the world’s fourth largest specialty generic pharmaceutical companies.
As a Regulatory Affairs Protégé, you will:
- Support daily Regulatory Affairs operations including documentation, compliance, and submission processes
- Assist in the preparation and compilation of regulatory dossiers and submissions to health authorities (e.g., NPRA Malaysia)
- Ensure compliance with local and regional regulatory requirements and guidelines
- Support product registration, variation, and renewal activities
- Maintain and update regulatory databases, tracking systems, and documentation records
- Assist in monitoring submission timelines, approvals, and regulatory correspondence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Supply Chain, Medical Affairs) to meet regulatory requirements
- Participate in regulatory projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Applicants need to be 27 years old & below
- Degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related field
- Good communication skills (oral & written) in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong attention to detail and interest in regulatory compliance
- Willing to work in Kuala Lumpur
