We are seeking a motivated Protegé to support our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations. This role provides hands-on exposure to customer service, process management, reporting, and operational support while developing professional and business skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily business operations and process execution.
- Support customer inquiries and service requests.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and update documentation.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality and efficiency.

Protege (Network & Security)
We are looking for a Protegé to support network and cybersecurity operations. The role offers practical experience in network administration, security monitoring, troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring network performance and security alerts.
- Support troubleshooting of network and connectivity issues.
- Help maintain network devices, user access, and security controls.
- Participate in security assessments, documentation, and compliance activities.
- Support IT infrastructure projects and operational tasks.
- Duration : 1 year
