Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating NKF LifeCheck mobile health screening programmes and outreach activities
- Promote awareness on kidney health, including risks related to diabetes and hypertension
- Conduct basic health screening procedures such as urine tests, blood tests, and provide basic health counselling
- Support public education initiatives through health talks and educational activities
- Ensure smooth daily operations of mobile health screening events, including coordination with venues, staff, and participants
- Maintain and monitor medical equipment, screening consumables, educational materials, and inventory
- Ensure the LifeCheck mobile unit is clean, well-maintained, and adequately stocked
- Assist in departmental projects and programs as assigned, including, but not limited to – monitoring programme progress, preparing reports, etc.
- Work closely with internal departments and external partners on outreach, sponsorship, and public engagement activities
- Perform any other duties assigned based on operational needs
Requirements
- Degree in Health Sciences, Biomedical Science, Nursing, or other related science fields are encouraged to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about public health and community outreach
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to travel for outreach and mobile health screening activities
