Responsibilities：
- Respond to player inquiries, address complaints, and accurately record player feedback across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to identify issues, propose solutions, and follow up on improvements to optimize game operations and performance.
- Manage and coordinate moderator teams to ensure effective day-to-day operations.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Passionate about gaming, with a strong interest in engaging with players and understanding their needs, behaviors, and preferences.
- Interested in building a career in the gaming industry.
- Active gamer who enjoys exploring different games; experience with Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) is a plus.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in Malay or Tagalog is an advantage.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with a mature and collaborative approach.
- Proactive, responsible, and professional, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
