Key Responsibilities:
- Source, evaluate, and procure materials, equipment, and services to support production and operational requirements.
- Manage purchase orders, monitor delivery schedules, and resolve supplier-related issues to ensure timely supply.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and commercial agreements with suppliers to achieve cost and quality objectives.
- Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and purchasing documentation accurately.
- Collaborate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and project requirements.
- Support supplier evaluation, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of purchasing or procurement experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
- Familiar with procurement processes, market trends, and relevant regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems.
Location: Senai, Johor
Salary Range: RM4k-RM8k
