Job Summary:**
We are seeking a diligent and meticulous QC Line Clean Area Staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation within the production cleanroom environment at our RPU Megaluh facility. This role is crucial for maintaining product quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Job Responsibilities:**
- Execute daily cleaning and sanitization protocols for all surfaces, equipment, and tools within the designated cleanroom production lines, adhering strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform periodic deep cleaning and disinfection of cleanroom facilities as scheduled, including walls, floors, ceilings, and air handling systems.
- Monitor and maintain cleanroom environmental parameters, including temperature, humidity, and differential pressure, and report any deviations.
- Prepare and maintain cleaning solutions and disinfectants according to established guidelines and ensure proper disposal of waste.
- Inspect the cleanliness of production equipment before, during, and after use, reporting any issues or non-conformities to supervisors.
- Document all cleaning activities, inspections, and environmental monitoring data accurately and promptly.
- Participate in internal and external audits related to cleanroom hygiene and sanitation.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times within the cleanroom.
- Assist in identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives for cleanroom sanitation processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support overall quality control efforts.
Job Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a cleanroom environment or a similar role requiring strict adherence to hygiene protocols is preferred.
- Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) or HACCP principles is a plus.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs precisely.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in performing tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Physically able to perform cleaning duties, including standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and holidays, as required by production schedules.
- Commitment to maintaining a sterile and organized work environment.
