Quality Administrator
Location: Chandler, AZ
Pay: Starting at $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Flexible start/end times available)
Position Type: 5-Month Temp-to-Hire Contract
Position Overview
Allegiance Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Administrator to support a leading semiconductor manufacturing facility in Chandler, AZ.
In this role, you’ll work closely with Quality, Production, and Manufacturing teams to support both short-term and long-term quality initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with ERP systems, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Process materials through the ERP system while maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate and monitor material flow between Manufacturing and Inventory.
- Assist with prioritizing inspection jobs and tracking workflow.
- Perform periodic Quality Control inventory audits.
- Import quality data from the ERP system and generate reports.
- Prepare and summarize periodic ERP transaction reports.
- Maintain quality documentation, including document revisions and training records.
- Support Quality Control Centers by facilitating efficient material flow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production and quality objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle experience strongly preferred).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or high-tech production environment is preferred.
