- Monitoring systems and procedures to make sure in accordance with regulations standard (GMP, HALAL, HACCP).
- Monitoring research process by RnD departement (scale up, adjusment and reformulation) make sure with the specified standard.
- Coordinate daily activity of QC process inspector.
- Perform product analysis biologically, chemically, and physically according to specified standards (Passed, Quarantine, Rejected).
- Assists the QA/QC Team in developing and maintaining the procedures and work Good Excellent problem-solving ability with high level of integrity Certified for certain skills ( Halal Certified, Food Handler Certified, HACCP) is a must, other certification will be plus point.
