Team Administrator – provides comprehensive administrative and secretarial services to the Quality, Safety and Education Team, supporting clinical governance, quality and safety processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide confidential administrative support to the team.
  • Deliver wide ranging administrative and clerical support for the varied functions of the Team, including Quality, Safety and Education, Clinical Governance and Professional Practice Development.
  • Support the Professional Practice Development Team with course and event delivery.
  • Implement policy and guidance across multiple key activity areas.
  • Plan and organise a range of complex activities, working independently on some project areas.
  • Conduct detailed information analysis from a range of sources, producing update/feedback reports.
  • Manage and coordinate several activities simultaneously, maintaining high attention to detail and autonomy.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Self‑directed and able to work independently.
  • Attention to detail and high degree of autonomy.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience in event management or project coordination is desirable.
  • Welsh language skills desirable but not essential;
    English and/or Welsh speakers welcome.

Contract:

Fixed‑term secondment for six months. Applicants should obtain permission from their current line manager before applying.
