Job Description:
We are looking for a Radiology transcriptionist with 3+ years of experience to join our enthusiastic team in an office-based role. The ideal candidates will have a strong base in medical words and transcription skills, a deep understanding of radiology terminology and related procedures along with the ability to work in Australian Time. Â The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately transcribing radiology reports and maintaining the highest standard of quality and confidentiality.

Australian Time Zone (AEST)
Australian Time: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Indian Time : 4:00am – 12:00pm
Key Responsibilities
:
Transcribe a variety of radiology reports, including: CT SCANS, MRI, Ultrasound etc.
Accurately capture the dedicated medical information from the Radiologist.
Ensure all the transcribed files are error free, clear and formatted according to the company’s standards.
Ensure one does high speed transcription of files on time.
Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all relevant privacy and security as required by the company.
Clarify any unclear ambiguous dictations with the radiologist at the very moment of doing each file.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure timely delivery of reports.
Requirements :
Minimum  3 years  of experience as a Medical transcriptionist and  1 year  of experience as a Radiology transcriptionist .
Qualifications:
Must have completed graduation and the 6 months  Medical transcription course .
Familiarity with Radiology terminologies and medical imaging procedures.
Excellent attention to details and strong proof reading skills.
Ability to accurately transcribe dictations in foreign slang and transcribe complex medical terminologies.
Ability to work in Australian Time ( AEST )
Strong written and verbal
communication skills
