Summary
We’re seeking a motivated, licensed Listing Agent to join our top-producing team. At The Murphy Group, you’ll receive consistent seller leads, full marketing and admin support, and a proven system to help you win more listings and close more deals. You’ll focus on listing appointments, client relationships, and negotiations — while our team handles the backend. Responsibilities
Prospect daily for new seller opportunities through calls, texts, emails, and follow-up
Convert seller leads from Zillow Flex, Google, and team sources into active listings
Conduct listing consultations, develop pricing strategies, and deliver compelling presentations
Negotiate listing agreements, offers, and contract terms to protect client interests
Coordinate with admin and marketing teams for smooth listing prep and effective promotion
Use Follow Up Boss (FUB) to manage communication, tasks, and pipeline tracking
Maintain consistent follow-up with potential sellers and past clients
Participate in team trainings, role plays, and accountability sessions
Deliver a professional, client-first experience from initial meeting through closing
Qualifications
Active real estate license (NJ)
1+ years of real estate experience (listing experience preferred)
Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
Confident working directly with sellers and handling pricing strategy
Coachable, accountable, and results-driven
Familiar with CRM tools (Follow Up Boss preferred)
Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management
Committed to delivering a high-level, client-first experience
