Role Overview:
As the Executive Assistant, you will serve as the right-hand person to our lead advisor, overseeing day-to-day operations and driving strategic marketing initiatives. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious professional who is passionate about real estate, enthusiastic about brand development, and deeply invested in our local community.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Coordination:
Create Creative Media Posts
Prepare listings for market and enter them into MLS and Compass systems.
Assist with social media campaigns and marketing materials.
Organize open houses and community events.
Client Services:
Show properties to prospective buyers.
Attend inspections, walkthroughs, and other client-facing appointments.
Provide exceptional communication and support throughout the transaction process.
Administrative Support:
Manage team calendars, set appointments, and coordinate schedules.
Prepare contracts, listing agreements, and other essential documents.
Oversee office operations and maintain accurate records.
Transaction Coordination:
Manage contracts from initiation to close.
Schedule inspections, appraisals, photography sessions, and sign installations.
Ensure compliance with deadlines and documentation requirements.
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Exceptional organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Compass tools is a plus.
Real estate industry experience preferred; familiarity with Miami Beach market is advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work on-site at the Lincoln Road office.
