CR of Maryland is hiring a detail-obsessed, execution-driven Transaction Coordinator to manage residential real estate contracts from ratification through closing, plus handle the marketing admin work that keeps our brand and listings moving.
This is a remote, full-time role ideal for someone who thrives on checklists, deadlines, and clean handoffs, not someone who needs constant direction. You’ll keep deals moving, documents accurate, and all parties aligned so closings happen on time and without surprises. You’ll also own a set of recurring marketing tasks: posting content, reviewing materials for accuracy, and sending communications.

Compensation: $7 – $9 hourly
