Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations. Audi’s Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group’s Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Sauber Motorsport Technical Center, UK will be operational this year. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations.

This position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).
Your mission
Warm and professional reception of our national and international clients, guests, and suppliers
Managing the company’s main telephone line, including the competent handling and forwarding of incoming calls, as well as responding to fan mail
Coordination and preparation of meeting rooms, including the provision of beverages and ensuring a welcoming environment
Administration of visitor badges in compliance with our internal security standards
Handling internal and external mail services, as well as organizing taxi and airport shuttle services for guests
Acting as the first point of contact for employees regarding shuttle services, pool vehicles, and e-bikes
Supporting the Executive Assistant and HR team in planning and organizing internal events such as employee gatherings and Welcome Days for new joiners
Your profile
Commercial education or further training in administration (e.g., business or office diploma) is a advantage
Proven experience in a similar front-office or administrative role, ideally in a dynamic and service-oriented environment
Strong customer and service orientation with a hands-on, solution-focused mindset
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine enjoyment in working with people
Confident in handling general office tasks and tools (phone systems, printers, MS Office Suite, etc.)
Fluent in both German and English, spoken and written – additional languages are a plus
Professional appearance, organizational talent, and the ability to stay composed even in busy situations
Proficiency in English language skills. German language skills will be an advantage
