Overview
Senior Life Insurance Company is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Answer phone calls promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, and data entry.
Utilize computer software for scheduling appointments and managing office tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Support other administrative staff with various tasks as required.
Requirements
Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills.
Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
3-5 years of experience as a receptionist or office assistant
