Our client is seeking a Receptionist / Office Support professional to join our growing team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations while providing top-tier administrative and reception support. As part of a three-person team, you’ll play a crucial role in office management, event coordination, and attorney support. ** Must have previous Law Firm experience**
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary receptionist, greeting clients and managing incoming calls professionally.
Oversee conference room scheduling and setup for meetings.
Coordinate food orders for meetings and events (no hospitality department).
Assist billing partners with administrative tasks, including expense reimbursements.
Arrange travel, process Uber and other transportation expenses.
Help with shipments for recruiting materials, client gifts, and office supplies.
Work closely with the COO on special projects and operational needs.
Support general office operations and provide backup assistance to team members as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
Prior experience in corporate or professional services environments preferred.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Highly organized with great attention to detail and accuracy.
Professional and approachable demeanor—someone who fits well in a quiet office environment but is personable and willing to step up when needed.
