About JobWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a proactive individual who can efficiently manage various administrative tasks while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our clients and visitors.
Salary Range:$16.50 – $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
Greet visitors and provide them with information or assistance as needed.
Manage scheduling and appointment bookings for staff members.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain an organized and tidy reception area to enhance visitor experience.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment such as printers and fax machines.
