Our clients are seeking dynamic professionals for temporary Receptionist roles, available immediately!
These are fabulous opportunities to gain experience alongside highly trained professionals, in a wide range of industries. Across the summer, we receive many roles that require immediate temporary contracts to fill reception positions. These can be both short and long- term opportunities across a range of sectors as diverse as private equity, tech startups, fashion and property. The contracts involve working on-site across offices in Central London. The roles will require the upkeep of front office cleanliness and general receptionist duties. The hours and hourly rate may vary depending on the role and experience!
Key Responsibilities
Professionally greeting internal and external clients.
Operating the switchboard in a timely manner.
Assist in the management of office supplies and ordering.
Liaising with company professionals and assisting in administration tasks.
Filing documents in relevant locations.
Key Skills
Highly organised and a strong attention to detail.
Experienced using MS Office
Friendly and confident professional.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to adapt.
