Mantascape Diving is a professional dive center based in Nusa Lembongan, Bali, offering safe, enjoyable, and memorable diving experiences around the island. We visit some of Bali’s most renowned dive sites, including Manta Point and Crystal Bay, and welcome guests from all over the world. Our goal is to provide exceptional customer service in a friendly, professional, and relaxed environment.
We are currently looking for a Receptionist / Front Officer to join our team. This front-desk role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has strong communication skills, and takes pride in creating a positive experience for guests. You will be responsible for welcoming visitors, providing information about our diving activities and courses, and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the dive center.
Ideal starting date : immidiate start
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests visiting the dive center
- Provide clear and accurate information about diving trips, schedules, courses, and activities
- Answer general guest inquiries and offer excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and dive center environment
- Coordinate with the dive team to support smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable interacting with international guests
- Good English communication skills, both spoken and written
- Outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
- Willingness to relocate to the beautiful island of Nusa Lembongan
- Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service is an advantage but not required
Working hours : 9am – 7pm with 1hour lunch break
1 day off per week
