About the Role:
We are seeking a friendly and organised individual to join our team as a receptionist, based out of our Luton office. In this part time role, you will be the primary point of contact for staff, visitors and contractors providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities.
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 1pm to 5:30pm & Friday: 12pm to 4:30pm
This role is a 10-month, fixed term contract.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional and friendly manner.
Manage incoming and outgoing staff/ visitors via our scan in system (Net2).
Issue visitor and staff passes accordingly.
Accept daily deliveries and post.
Schedule meeting rooms and maintain the reception calendar.
Ensure the reception area and downstairs kitchen is clean and tidy.
Assist with administrative tasks such as document preparation and printing.
Order weekly office supplies, stationary and maintain the stockroom.
Monitoring the reception CCTV.
Lock up of revolving door and emergency exit doors at the end of each day.
Requirements
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in basic computer software and Microsoft packages.
Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and demeanour.
