Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with accurate information.
Manage scheduling and calendar appointments using Google Suite.
Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
Provide customer support by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, ensuring smooth office operations.
Support medical staff by performing duties typical of a medical receptionist, if applicable.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Google Suite applications.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Attention to detail for accurate proofreading and documentation management.
