Job Summary
We are seeking a professional Receptionist to join our team, as soon as possible (tomorrow). The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in various office technologies.
Duties
Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately.
Handle filing and organization of documents in both physical and computerized formats.
Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution or filing.
Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.
Support other administrative staff with various tasks as required.
Experience
Previous experience as a receptionist in a professional environment is required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment.
Proficient typing skills and comfortable using computers for various tasks.
