The Receptionist will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment at our front desk. This role involves administrative support, managing daily office operations, and ensuring excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and staff. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist all visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner

Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments

Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings

Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages

Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation

Assist various departments with clerical support as needed

Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors for restocking

Qualifications

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
