Job Summary:

Greets visitors and vendors, directing them to appropriate departments.

Answers telephone calls, determines the nature of the call, and directs callers accordingly.

Receives internal requests and locates personnel through the paging system.

Assists with administrative duties such as operating office machines and delivering personal items to residents’ rooms.

Previous experience in a Long Term Care Facility is preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Ensure guests/visitors abide by existing rules.

Assist with administrative duties as directed.

Operate copier, accounts payable, and other office equipment.

Deliver personal items to residents’ rooms as needed.

Key Responsibilities of an Accounts Payable Role:

Invoice Processing:
Receiving, logging, and processing vendor invoices.

Verification:
Ensuring invoice accuracy against purchase orders and contracts.

Payment Processing:
Preparing and issuing payments to vendors, including electronic payments.

Communication:
Resolving discrepancies with vendors to ensure timely payments.
