Job Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional administrative support to the General Manager and Sales team. Welcome and assist executives, employees, clients, and visitors with

professionalism

. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements. Maintain records and correspondence, including preparing letters, memos, and reports. Coordinate staff requests, including leave and travel bookings, ensuring efficient service. Ensure the office runs smoothly by managing supplies and maintaining organized records.

Provide ad-hoc reporting as needed by management.  What We’re Looking For  Strong organizational and

multitasking

skills. Excellent interpersonal and

communication

abilities. Proficiency in MS Office tools and

attention to detail
