Key Responsibilities:

Receptionist

Duties

:

Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the calendar for office staff. Handle incoming and outgoing calls. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.  Administrative

Duties

:

Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Support various departments with administrative projects as needed. Coordinate meetings, including booking rooms and arranging refreshments. Prepare reports and presentations as required.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus. Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment. Excellent verbal and written

communication skills

. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.  Language:  Arabic (Preferred)  Final date to receive applications:  22/01/2025
