We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a positive impression of our company.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and clients as they arrive.

Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members.

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents.

Handle inquiries from clients, visitors, and staff promptly and professionally.

Support other departments with general office tasks as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification in office management is a plus).

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced environments.

Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
