We are recruiting a talented and dynamic receptionist / administrative assistant to join our team. As a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant, you will play an essential role in the smooth running of our business.

Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors and customers warmly in person or over the phone.

Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls and direct calls to appropriate individuals.

Respond to general inquiries and provide information about our products and services.

Perform administrative tasks such as mail handling, data entry, document preparation and record keeping.

Plan and organize appointments and meetings.

Coordinate travel and accommodation reservations for employees.

Support team members in their daily tasks.

Profile

Skills required:

College diploma in secretarial, office automation or related field.

Excellent command of verbal and written communication in French and English.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Office.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Regular work schedule, generally full-time.

Possibility of working certain evenings or weekends depending on the needs of the dental office.
