As a receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Description

Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department. Provide information and assistance to visitors regarding company policies, services, and facilities. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and well-presented. Receive and sort incoming mail and packages and distribute them to the appropriate individuals or departments. Schedule and manage appointments and meetings for company executives and employees.

Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as photocopying, faxing, and filing. Keep track of office supplies and place orders as needed. Assist in maintaining security by following company procedures and monitoring the access of visitors.  Basic Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional

education

or relevant certifications are a plus. Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required.

Strong

communication

and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor. Excellent telephone etiquette and the ability to handle phone calls politely and efficiently. Proficiency in using office equipment such as telephones, printers, and photocopiers. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email and office software.  #J-18808-Ljbffr
