Duties

Organize Zoom meetings.

Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.

Answer phone calls, manage phone systems, and provide excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients and staff.

Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for team members.

Provide support to various departments as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Ability to multitask and prioritize work

Discretion and confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,000.00 per month + Benefits
