As a Receptionist/Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service while also supporting the administrative functions of our dealership.

Key Duties And Responsibilities To Include

Meeting, greeting, and assisting customers.

Providing customers with refreshments, tea, coffee etc.

Operating a busy switchboard.

Handling telephone calls and dealing with queries in a professional manner.

Monitoring and recording incoming calls.

Following up on customer enquiries and customer satisfaction surveys.

Preparing and updating various reports for Management.

Providing administrative support to the Service Department.

Completing customers vehicle insurance transfers.

Requisitioning stationary supplies.

Supporting the ISO Quality Manager.

Various ad-hoc duties.

The Successful Candidate Will Ideally

Excel at understanding, anticipating and meeting customer needs.

Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Be efficient, with good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Be enthusiastic & flexible.

Have a friendly & outgoing personality.

Possess strong numerical ability and IT skills.

Work well as part of a team.

Be flexible in your approach to work.

Previous experience within the motor industry is desirable.
