We are looking for a full-time Receptionist to support our Insurance Brokers and Clients. As Reception you represent a face of and the first impression for clients. In this role you are a critical member of the team ensuring our clients receive excellent customer service.
What You’ll Do
Welcome clients and provide customer service in person and on the phone:
Gather relevant information to be able to handle or direct their enquiry to ensure clients needs are met and they are served in a timely manner
Provide relevant information
Work with Brokers to deliver a superior customer experience to our clients
Present a positive, welcoming and professional image as the first point for clients
Administrative tasks such as:
Schedule appointments
Handle documents (paper and electronic)
Take and process client payments
Support office operations such as:
Maintaining office supplies
Maintaining the office space e.g. clean, organize

Computer skills and the ability to learn new systems, information and processes quickly
