The Bank Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients and visitors at the branch. This role provides excellent customer service by greeting guests and managing phone calls. The receptionist maintains a professional image and ensures smooth daily operations at the front desk.

The Bank Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients and visitors at the branch. This role provides excellent customer service by greeting guests and managing phone calls. The receptionist maintains a professional image and ensures smooth daily operations at the front desk.
Essential Functions

Greet and welcome customers and visitors as they arrive at the branch
Direct clients to the appropriate bank personnel or department
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Manage the reception area and maintain a professional appearance
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain confidentiality of customer and bank information

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work environment
This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as phones, computers, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.

The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, hear, and operate a computer. Occasional standing, walking, and lifting (up to 20 pounds) may be required.
Travel Required
Travel is not regularly required for this position.
Required Education And Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Education And Experience
At least 1 year of customer service or administrative experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
