We’re a brand-new doggy daycare opening soon, and we’re looking for an energetic, friendly, and professional receptionist to be the welcoming face of our business! If you love dogs, enjoy connecting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment—this could be the perfect fit for you.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients and their dogs with a warm, positive attitude

Handle daily intake and check-out of pups

Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and schedule appointments

Manage client records and ensure all paperwork is up to date

Post regularly on social media to keep our followers updated and engaged

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Assist with basic administrative duties

Requirements:

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Tech-savvy and comfortable using booking software and social media platforms

Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented

A genuine love for dogs and the patience to handle their quirks

Previous receptionist or front desk experience preferred

Experience in a pet care setting is a plus!
