Position: Receptionist (Emiratisation)
Job Responsibilities
· Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
· Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
· Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
· Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information regarding the company.
· Coordinate mail and package deliveries, and distribute correspondence efficiently. Secretarial
Duties
· Prepare and manage documents such as reports, memos, and presentations.
· Maintain and organize office files, records, and correspondence.
· Prepare correspondence.
· Prepare purchase orders.
· Assist with drafting meeting minutes and distributing them to relevant stakeholders.
· Perform data entry and maintain confidential information securely.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent; additional
education
or relevant certifications are a plus. Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar role. Strong
communication
and interpersonal skills with a positive, professional attitude. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a
fast-paced environment
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers).
